Symptom

  • In BI 4.1 SP01 Patch 2, Analysis document exported to Excel gives the below error:

The requested export operation was not completed successfully. Try the operation again. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator.Error occurred when performing operation[SessionServant.export(ExportDescriptor)] :java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Malformed pattern "#.##0" "

  • Exporting the analysis document to PDF and CSV works fine.
