1936996 - Script/javascript error in web browser

• Symptom 1:
  When navigating through the MIPO application (viewing reports, etc) you see script or java script errors in the status bar of the web browser and fields are missing on the screen (like Start Period, End Period for example).
   
  Examples of errors you might see (server names edited in the URL example):
   
  Message: Object doesn't support this property or method

  Message: 'Selected_From_Period' is null or not an object
  Line: 3388
  Char: 11
  Code: 0

• Symptom 2:
  A Script Error pop-up window appears, stating that an error has occurred in the script on this page.
  The error is similar to but may be different than the following:
   
  Error:  'openerSuifDppmAgent' is undefined
  URL: servername.yourcompany.com:8080/SmartOps/G3/util/linkNavigation/PageLinkClient.js
