Symptom

  • Error message "Contact your system administrator. The following template is missing: sap_sm.xls" occurs which has been described in SAP Note 1771260 (ALV view: Signed SAP standard template).

  • Also, error message "Not possible to switch to Excel display (SALV_GRU121)" may appears.
