1937466 - Attempt to delete a package from uaml.db and the operation fails

Using this command:

http://< server name> :4040/onepage/servlet/UWPServlet?app=uep&cmd=Package.deletePackage&package_name=< PackageName> &authenticate.user=supAdmin&authenticate.password=s3pAdmin

to delete an SUP package and the command fails with this error:

The XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

This problem does not apply to any SUP versions later than 1.2.
