Symptom
While your supply chain is loading/processing, it fails and in the SAP Enterprise Inventory and Service-Level Optimization (EIS) application log are error messages similar to the following:
> 2016-11-04 01:20:59 EST EXCEPTION DataLoaderGatewayWorkerThread com.smartops.gateway.dataloader.DataLoaderGatewayWorkerThread processOneLoadSet Scenario is invalid
> com.smartops.mipo.MipoValidationException: Scenario is invalid
In the presence of the above error you see one of the following messages earlier in the application og:
> 2016-11-04 01:20:51 EST ERROR Threaded Mipo Validation Task - 2 com.smartops.supply_chain.mipo_3.validation.NonzeroUnitCostValidator isValid Validation failed
> 2016-11-04 01:20:51 EST ERROR Threaded Mipo Validation Task - 5 com.smartops.supply_chain.mipo_3.validation.NonzeroCostValidator isValid Validation failed
> 2016-11-04 01:20:51 EST ERROR Threaded Mipo Validation Task - 2 com.smartops.supply_chain.mipo_3.validation.SupplyRatioSumValidator isValid Validation failed
> 2016-11-04 01:20:51 EST ERROR DataLoaderGatewayWorkerThread com.smartops.supply_chain.mipo_3.validation.InMemoryDataValidator validateStockingPointTopo() There are stocking points that have no parent node
> 2016-11-04 01:20:51 EST ERROR DataLoaderGatewayWorkerThread com.smartops.supply_chain.mipo_3.validation.InMemoryDataValidator validateStockingPointTopo() There are stocking points that have both customer node and non-customer node as the child nodes
