1937758 - Not able to add Objects in Version Management system

Symptom

  1. Error message "Action Failed: gets displayed while adding any  object to VM.
  2. Version Management page displayes "com.businessobjects.vms.VMSException.CreateProcess error=2. The system cannot find the file specified."
  3. Version Managemnet page displays "500 Internal Server Error . Error : Application error occured during the request processing."
