Symptom

  • An iOS Enterprise application has the Afaria iOS Static Link Library (SLL) files included in the XCode project.
  • The application is a Phonegab built iOS project in XCode.
  • The application is compiled against the iPad/iPhone simulator.
  • The following error is received when compiling the project:

    duplicate symbol _nAfariaAuthCount in: 
    ../libAfariaSLL.a(CertificateDownloader.o) 
    ../libAfariaSLL.a(SeedingAPISynchronous.o)
