1937980 - Error "Failed to create chain /CPMB/****" when running data manager package and some Process Chains are missing in the backend

Symptom

  • When Running data management package, it ends with the error "Failed to create chain /CPMB/****".

  • In BPC backend, some process chains are missing. As the screenshot shows below, there are only 5 process chains under Data Collection node where many more process chains are expected.
