1938073 - Database Configuration values of Crystal reports cannot be updated in CMC / BI Launchpad

Symptom

  • Database Configuration values of Crystal reports created in version 11.5 can't be updated in CMC/BI Launchpad after upgrading to BI4.0.
  • Update database credentials in Database Configuration tab and then Save & Close, the values don't get updated.
