1938590 - Error 603 raised after hitting 614, 624 and 3914 errors - ASE

Received the following error message all around the same time:

Error: 3914, Severity: 26, State: 1 - Illegal internal transaction status.  This is an internal system error.

Error: 614, Severity: 21, State: 12 Adaptive Server accessed a row that has an illegal length of 0 while in database 'DBNAME'. Page pointer = XXXX, pageno = XXXX, status = 0x801, ptnid = XXXX, indexid = 0, level = 0. The minimum row length is XXX. The page size is XXX.

Error: 624, Severity: 21, State: 1 Adaptive Server failed to retrieve a row via its RID in database 'DBNAME' because the requested RID has a higher number than the last RID on the page. Rid pageid = XXX; row num = XXX. Page pointer = XXXX, pageno = XXX, status = 0x1, ptnid = X, indexid = 0, level = 0.

Error: 603, Severity: 17, State: 1   There are not enough system session descriptors available to run this query. Raise the value of the configuration parameter 'number of aux scan descriptors' or retry your query later.  You will need to increase the 'number of aux scan descriptors' to resolve this issue.
