1938597 - Error: UnsafeFileAccessException when system tries to access file - EIS

Symptom

If the software attempts to access a file in a location that is not defined as safe, the application log will display the following error:

com.smartops.exceptions.UnsafeFileAccessException: validateSafeFileAndFileLocation: File <filename> is not in a safe location and cannot be accessed. [<full path & file name>]

Example:

If the software needs to access the 'known_hosts' file on a Windows application server to open a SSH session to the database server, this error would result:

com.smartops.exceptions.UnsafeFileAccessException: validateSafeFileAndFileLocation: File known_hosts is not in a safe location and cannot be accessed. [D:\ssh\known_hosts]
