1939118 - Could not Reset Password due to Error Message 'User ABC Not Valid''

You got the error message User ABC Not Valid while changing the password of user ABC.

1. Login to the system with Administrator credential.
2. Go to the Application & User Management Work Center.
3. Go to the Business Users View.
4. Search for the particular user.
5. To Change the Password click Edit and select Attribute
6. In the new window enter the Password and Confirm Password.
7. Click Save and Close.

You got the error message because user ABC is locked.

1. Login to the system with Administrator credential.
2. Go to the Application & User Management Work Center.
3. Go to the Business Users View.
4. Search for the particular user.
5. Click on Unlock User.

Now you will be able to change the password.
