1940211 - Windows logged an MSDTC event result in dataserver shutdown - ASE .

• ASE had shutdown silently and the normal error handling did not log any information or errors in the server log. 
• Error message reported in ASE error log

• Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) error reported:

The Windows Event log recorded an MSDTC error:

MSDTC encountered an error (HR=0x80000171) while attempting to establish a secure connection with system prodserver.
