You want download or export the cases & its content including attachemnts in any of the form like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF and etc.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
The SAP Business ByDesign or SAP Cloud for Customer systems currently does not have such a functionality or report where you can download the cases content & attachement.
However you can dowload/export the cases into Excel format from your SAP Business ByDesign or SAP Cloud for Customer systems.
To Export cases from the SAP Business ByDesign System please follow the below steps:
- Login to your system
- Go to Application User and Management work center (In SAP Business ByDesign)
- Go to Administrator work center (In SAP Cloud for Customer)
- Click on cases view
- Set the filters as per your requirement & Click on Go
- Click Export button to export the data into Excel sheet
Other way to download this excel sheet is from the SAP for Me (S User is required to login to SAP for Me tool)
- You can login to the SAP for Me
- Set the filters based on your requirement
- Click on Download
Exported excel sheet will have the data for these fields: Status, Internal case ID, Priority, Subject, Reported On, Provider Solution, Requester, Company, Processor, External Reference ID, Partner ID, Partner Name, Partner SOlution Status, System URL and etc. as shown below
If you want to download the case content, the only way possible way is from SAP for Me. Follow the below steps:
- You can login to the SAP for Me
- Set the filters based on your requirement
- Select the case and Open it
- Click on PDF icon and it will be downloaded accordingly
