The country name in company address section is being translated to another language in the PDF form template.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Customer Invoicing Work Center
- Select Invoice Documents
- Select a business document and select Preview
- The country name of recipient address is being translated to another language on form template. E.g: Spanish, German, French.
These steps are valid to any other business document, not only for Customer Invoices.
The default behavior for the country in the addresses is the following:
The system checks if the country of the sender and the receiver differs. If yes, it will add it as an additional line to the address in the language of the sending country.
In the customer invoice business document, the sender country is defined by field Seller's Tax Registration Country and the receiver address is defined by bill-to parties country.
The system is working as designed.
