1940872 - WebIntelligence Processing servers restart after applying the Patch on Support Package

Symptom

  • WebI Processing servers restart every 6 minutes after applying patch5 on SP6 in BI 4.0. Remove the Patch, no issue is seen.
  • Same behavior is seen after upgrade to SP7 and applying Patch1. Remove the Patch, it works fine.
  • Create a new WebI Processing server, same behavior Observed.
  • The event log shows the following error:-               

          Server Intelligence Agent: server <ServerName>.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer stopped unexpectedly.
