Symptom
- A DeskI report based on a Oracle based universe when saved in PDF format from Infoview/CMC fails with the following error-
"Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator.[ RCIRAS0546 ]" - Issue is reproducible only on Solaris based environment.
- Only reports based on Oracle universe show this problem.
