1941494 - SSM: Printed Briefing book doesn’t contain all initiatives

When capturing the Initiatives Summary page in a Briefing Book then printing that Book or that page from the Book, not all the Initiatives will be printed.
In both cases only the Initiative highlighted will be printed but there is no way to 'unhighlight' an Initiative.
Equally if you print direct from the Initiatives page again only the Initiative highlighted will be printed and there is no way to print all the Initiatives.
