1941520 - Action failed error message while importing ERM initial data files

Symptom

While performing post upgrade steps for ERM, importing the files RE_init_clean_and_insert_data.xml and RE_init_methodology_data.xml the following error is received: Action failed.

In the defaulttrace log, you see the following error messages:

For file RE_init_clean_and_insert_data.xml:
Error message:  {0}#1#com.virsa.ae.dataloader.DataLoaderException: Cannot assign an object of type java.lang.String to host variable 3 which has JDBC type INTEGER

For file RE_init_methodology_data.xml:
Error message  {0}#1#com.virsa.ae.dataloader.DataLoaderException: Cannot assign an object of type java.lang.String to host variable 1 which has JDBC type INTEGER
