1941539 - No Journal Entry Created for Goods and Services Receipt

There is no Journal Entry created for the released Goods and Services Receipt.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Goods and Services Receipts work center.
2. Go to the Receipts and Returns view.
3. Select the Goods and Services Receipt in question and click Edit.
4. Navigate to the Document Flow tab.
5. The Journal Entry is not created for the Goods and Service Confirmation.

The Goods and Services Receipt is created with reference to Purchase Order with Zero price.

This is the expected system behavior.

No journal entry will be created if Purchase Order has zero price. For free items, accounting entries are not relevant.
