1941588 - ABC Classification is Missing in Accounts or Partners

When you Edit an existing Accounts (or Partners) or create a new Account or Partner, ABC Classification is missing in the drop down.

1. Go to Business Partner Data work center.
2. Select Accounts view.
3. Edit or create an Account.

2. Select Partners view.
3. Edit or create a Partner.

The reason that the ABC Classification not available in the system is that the Partners is not scoped in the system.

Follow the below steps to scope the Partners,

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Select Implementation Projects view.
3. Edit the Project Scope.
4. Go to Review Questions.
5. Expand Sales, expand Account and Activity Management.
6. Highlight Account Management.
7. Check the question Would you like to manage partners, such as resellers or service partners, in your solution?
8. Finish the scoping.
