1941790 - Error message AA632 is issued when posting T-code:ABUMN / ABT1N to a new asset

Symptom

When using T-code: ABUMN /ABT1N to post asset transfer within company code to a "new asset" or an "existing asset", error AA632 - "Line item causes scrap value of XXXX to be violated" is issued.
