Symptom

  • A large number of faults 100015 (page loop error) are reported, and these faults upgrade to hard faults after DBCC CHECKVERIFY(), but no loop is found from these index pages.
  • Fault Type: 100015 (page loop error); Soft fault upgraded to Hard fault Page chain contains a loop.
