Symptom

Receiving error: "Fail - MDM Send Error" when trying to apply policies to an iOS device. The following errors will also appear in the Afaria Server Message log:

"FATAL","ONS2000: Push Service issued an critical error: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception."
"FATAL","ONS2000: Push Service issued an critical error: The message received was unexpected or badly formatted"
