1942193 - HALT: internal error in twrtab(): INSERT/UPDATE/MODIFY call without preceeding DELETE call

Symptom

A transport request is imported into the system, and the "Import Preview" phase finishes with return code 16
When checking the log file of that phase, the following error is found:

HALT: internal error in twrtab(): INSERT/UPDATE/MODIFY call without preceding DELETE call Please contact the SAP support.

Environment

CTS+ is in use
R3trans version is older than May 15, 2013
