1942233 - Contract release value is not updating for services / "free text" purchase orders created from SRM shopping cart

Symptom

  • SRM is deployed in the Classic scenario.
  • SRM transaction type is not assigned to any hierarchy template (like HIER_SE or HIER_SRM).
  • The XML message 'PurchaseOrderERPContractReleaseNotification_Out' is used to update the release value from ERP POs to the corresponding SRM central contract.
  • The ERP PO is created from SRM shopping cart.
  • The XML message has no item data.
