Symptom
- Unable to logon to SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform (BI 4)
- When attempting to logon to SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform from Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it fails and displays the following message:
"This configuration requires connecting to a SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform system that is version XI R4 or higher."
