Symptom

When viewing migrated instances from 3.1.x in BI4.1 SP1, you are not able to jump from the first page of the instance to the last page of the instance

Also You are unable to Export the migrated instance to other formats e.g. PDF, Microsoft Excel workbook data Only

The following error is displayed:
The Viewer could not Process an envent. Error In file XXXX.rpt:unable to connect:incorrect log on paramaters
Details: [Database Vendor:1005] Eroor code: 0 [CRWEB0000119]
