1942884 - BI 4.1 - "An error occured at session creation" while opening WebI in 3-tier mode

Symptom

  • While opening Web Intelligence (WebI) from BI Launch Pad, an error occur while loading the WebI Rich Client:
An error occured at session creation
  • When selecting "Details" of the error, the following stack is provided (full stack available in the attachments):
