SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
PowerBuilder 12.5.x application migrated to Windows 7 64 bit experienced significant performance degradation to the point where the PowerBuilder application was not usable.
Reporting customer tracked this down to the use of PowerBuilder datastores and selected java applications running simultaneously. Running with other java based applications did not show the problem.
Problem did not exist on Windows XP.
