1943142 - SUP/SMP: Sysam license server is up but not working

Symptom

  • Unable to connect to SYSAM Server although the correct port is selected (i.e. Port 27000).
  • Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) / SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) cannot retrieve licensing information from SYSAM Server.
