1943194 - In IDT, Connection to BW with Norwegian Bokmal(Norway) or Georgian (Georgia) language does not work

• Creating a OLAP connection with Norwegian Bokmal(Norway) language in BI 4.1 gives error.
  "Error : An unexcepted error occured. Failed to open «system name»Norwegian Invalid Language in ConnectionSpecification"
• Creating and testing the connection is successful but When we save it and then reopen the same connection – we see the above error.
• Issue is reproducible with Georgian (Georgia) language as well.
