1943282 - NWA is not accessible (500 internal server error) due to missing "sap.com~tc~lm~itsam~co~ui~nwa~localnavigation~wd.jar" jar file

• While accessing the NWA it failed to open but gives with a 500 internal server error on the browser page.
• However, other application links just work fine like: /irj/portal, /useradmin etc.
• Chiefly, this issue always happens after an abnormal system migration using a non-standard SAP system migration process.
• In the latest defaulltrace.trc, able to find below exception:
