1943474 - SUP 2.1.3 Server is unresponsive and the issue is cleared up after reboot.

Symptom

  • SUP 2.1.3 server becomes unresponsive and may look like a hang.   The issue is resolved by a SUP server reboot.
  • Issue happens more often as more users are added to the server.
  • May also see the Messaging server (obmo.exe process) start to use more cpu/memory.
