1943645 - Webi Error On Existing Reports When Hiding Object in Information Design Tool

When setting an object in IDT business layer as Hidden and the object already exists in a Webi report.  When refreshing the Webi report it
should not error.  It should continue to refresh and display data as it did in the previous version.

When an object is changed to Hidden in IDT business layer and published  and refreshing an existing webi report that contains the newly hidden object
errors  Some objects are not available to your user profile.
