1943701 - Role Owner in lowercase in the Role Import template throws the error 'Role Owner not found'

Role Import template has the Role Owner in lowercase letters.
While Importing the Role, it gets loaded successfully, but when the Role is saved, it gives the error 'Role Owner not found'.
