Symptom

  • An Adapter/communication is being established between a Java application and any SAP System or installing a 3rd-party product that requires an elder version of SAP JCo to be downloaded and utilized;

  • However the expected older release of standalone SAP Java Connector (SAP JCo) for example Release 3.0.9 CANNOT be found from SAP Support Portal - SAP Java Connector Home page(https://support.sap.com/jco);

  • Instead, the latest release can be found for example: 3.0.20 for SAP JCo Release 3.0, and 3.1.3 for SAP JCo Release 3.1.
