• Web Intelligence documents either on-demand or scheduled fail to process with ERROR: Session with token (Central Management Server):(port)@(token value) has been logged off
• While refreshing reports you intermitently receive the following error: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$OCAFramework: Unable to reconnect to the CMS <IP Address>:PORT. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)
• Cannot get the cube from the connection: XXXX Could not create query view for ZZZZZ_XX_111 on system XXX
• Scheduled Reports fail with the error message:
• com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003) cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse: IDL:img.seagatesoftware.com/OCA/oca_abuse:3.2 detail:Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003) The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 10503 at [.\exceptionmapper.cpp : 67] 42010 {} ...Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003) Cannot find token
• This issue is often confused with SAP STS or SSO problems if all reports are configured with STS although the issue will normally occur with hard coded reports as well using test in KBA 1767629 
• Issues may be seen when refreshing the report interactively
• Webi on BICS using Mandatory prompts fails with "cannot get cube from connection"
