There is no option to Maintain Multiple Languages while creating Service Catalogs.
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon on Business ByDesign using English Language.
- Go to Service Entitlements Work center.
- Select the Servcie Categories view.
- Create an New Service Catalog.
- Click in save.
You will see that the service catalog was created in english, however there is no option to maintain multiple languages or option to translate it to another Language.
In the Current Bussiness Bydesign release it is not possible ,during the creation of Service Category Catalog, to change the Language and maintain details such as the description other languages.
The only workaround is to Logon in the respective language and maintain the required text.
