1944743 - Items cannot be taken over from old Shopping Carts or templates - SAP SRM

Symptom

  • Not possible to add an item to shopping cart from template or old carts containing catalog item.
  • The validation fails with error BBP_PU 366 'XXXXXXXX': not found in catalog, Item not transferred.
  • Using the Duplicate function in the shopping cart results in an error message.
