1944855 - Error 14 - Client hangs 'requesting the public key from the server' - Agentry

Symptom

  • When a user attempts to transmit data back to the server, the communication appears to hang
  • Users are currently experiencing severe difficulties in Agentry Server environment - Servers are unresponsive
  • The resulting error on the client display is ‘requesting the public key from the server’ or a communication error(14)

Restarting Agentry service/server seems to fix the problem temporarily.
