Symptom

  • Not possible to maintain Component Allocation for a Sales Order BOM / Sales Order Routing using BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE
  • BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE returns log entry : CPCC_DT 206 "The component to be assigned has not been completely specified"
  • Not possible to maintain Component Allocation for a Project BOM when using BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE
  • Idocs of type  ROUTING_CREATE01 fail with status 51 and log entry " CPCC_DT206 "The component to be assigned has not been completely specified"
