1945353 - Rescheduling recurring instance resets the start time to now in BI 4.1

Symptom

If you reschedule a recurring instance and select the 'Recurrence' option, the Start Time/Date will be set to the current time in the options (this can be manually changed to a different date, however in previous product versions (XI 3.1 and BI 4.0), the Start Time/Date was always retained from the original schedule.
