1945693 - 'Created By' column in the access request shows the SICF service user in GRC AC 10

When an End User creates request from end user logon screen, when you see the request as an approver (manager) or in audit logs, the 'created by' column shows the user name of the anonymous user from the SICF service, instead of the 'real' user who created the request.
