You have disabled the alert suppress logic by setting alerting.suppressInterval of the service XPI Service: AF Core to 0, so that no alerts will not suppressed.
However, you found this setting did not work as expected, alerts were still suppressed.
When messages fail within a very short time (less than 1 second), only one alert will be generated, other alerts will be suppressed.
