Symptom

When executing transaction SXMB_IFR in PI (Process Integration) 7.31 or above,
SSO page http://host:port/sap/public/myssocntl?sap-client=XXX opened with error:

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://host:port/sap/public/myssocntl call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.
