  • Can not search file from BI launchpad
  • Error message: "A java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError occurred; original exception message com/businessobjects/datadiscovery/utilities/encoding/XMLHelper : cannot
    initialize class because prior initialization attempt failed'
  • An error occurred while searching: A java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError occurred; original exception message null
