1947157 - User Search is not working when multiple LDAPs are configured as data source in Access Control

Symptom

When multiple LDAP systems are configured as a data source in the GRC System, the user search does not work for some of the LDAP systems. The error, 'xxxx is not a valid user' is displayed for these LDAP systems. However the user search does work for other LDAP systems.
