Symptom
Rounding with the split quota always allocates the rest to the first vendor in both LTP and MRP. Eventually, proposed quantities do not correspond exactly the quota arrangement settings. The bigger rounding value, the more significant difference in allocation between vendors can be.
For example if you have several requirements with quantity 181 for a material with unit of measure 'pieces', the quota arrangement 50%/50% between 2 vendors and the rounding value 0, the proposals (like planned orders) generated with quantities 91 to the first and 90 to the second vendor always:
LTP (MS03)
MRP (MD04)
The system does not balance the rest from the rounding between vendors to fit the quota arrangement as exact as it possible, like:
91 from Vendor1 + 90 from Vendor2 to cover the requirement from 03.02.2014 and 90 from Vendor1 + 91 from Vendor2 to cover the requirement from 03.03.2014.
