1947730 - MobiLink server not able to detect a connection status to backend Oracle database if it is forcibly disconnected

Symptom

  • MobiLink server logs the following error message:
    < Main> [-10002] Consolidated database server or ODBC error: ODBC: [Sybase][iAnywhere Solutions - Oracle][Oracle]ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
  • The MobiLink server is unable to process any synchronization requests until the MobiLink server process is restarted.
